Plumbing issues always take place at the most inconvenient times. When my hot water tap in the kitchen did not want to close this morning, I contacted George who was immediately prepared to help. He arrived at our house, assessed the problem and fixed the tap without me having to buy any additional plumbing essentials. He was friendly. And his workmanship was of high quality. He assisted us with replacing washers on two other taps at the same time. He work was fast and efficient. Thank you so much. Rex Plumbing is highly recommended

On 29 June I've called Rex Plumbers regarding a leaking water pipe in my kitchen wall. George gave me a quote during the afternoon and started working on the problem from 18:00 to 24:00 that same night. This was a difficult job as the water pipe had to be relayed from the roof, down the outside wall and back through the wall to prevent damage to my kitchen cupboard. My experience with Rex Plumbers was thus a good one.

During my business interaction with Rex plumbers they do not properly fix the problem I asked them to fix. They kept on making commitments to return and fix the problem and then not showing up. I found their work to be of very poor quality, and third behaviour to be very unprofesdionsl. They were consistently unresponsive when I tried to contact them to find out why they had not lived up to yet another commitment to return and fix the problem.
