What a pleasure to take my daughter to Alta for swimming! No tears, just pure excitement and great progress. The highlight was the water safety lesson where my daughter got to experience swimming with clothes on, just to make extra sure she will be safe in any scenario. Best choice we made to swim with Alta. Thanks Alta, you are the best!

Alta is incredible with kids. She is very patient & kind. Our kids (7, 5 & 4 years old) have only been with her for three lessons so far, but we can already see a big improvement in their swimming skills. Alta is an excellent swimming instructor!

Undoubtedly the best swimming coach my daughter has had. Alta is warm and welcoming, with the patience of Job! Under her tutelage, I have seen the most impossibly difficult children co-operate and do what is required of them - and enjoy it! I have seen babies as young as 6 months being completely at ease in the water with her. I have seen adults with an almost paralysing fear of water become confident swimmers because of her gently encouraging demeanour. Alta is definitely the best swimming coach I have seen.

I am extremely impressed with how well Alta Bower interact with my daughter and the other children she teach. I love how she is flexible with the ever changing moods and wants of a four year old child as well as willingness to encourage them to push their limits, even if the child is hesitant. She is very open with communication and consistently offer feedback and suggestions, and my daughter enjoys her swimming lessons with her.
