Extremely upset by the attitude received From a technical service agent at the shop. I managed to keep my cool continue to speak respectfully as to what my issue is regarding a phone not working. I'm just appauled and sad that we have people who choose to behave ugly and treat people with such disrespect. She's lucky to have a job,not sure for how long.

Two people on the floor area to assist the entire public...... Really....... Standing for more than a hour in a cue...... Your doors will close soon if you don't have at least 3 or 4 people on the floor available to assist especially on a Saturday..... Please don't blame it on Corona....
