I went to renew my license and I was in and out in 35 minutes top. I was very impressed, it's just the payment queue that was long.

Ample parking for customers inside which is great. The booking system only allows you entry in but you still have to queue and wait your turn. Why allow users to download the form if you still force them to complete the same form on arrival? Out of 4 possible stations to serve customers only 2 were working. And at one point it was only 1 person helping. The cashier queue can be relatively long as well for some reason. No cash is accepted which makes it safer but I don't enjoy handing over my card to the cashier who will have the card out of view which in my view can be dangerous in terms of having your card information stolen via a hidden skimming machine. Best advice is to book but to still arrive in advance of your appointment. To bring your own black pen. And Fridays they fumigate at 16:00 so if you are in the queue you may have to return on another day which im not sure means you need to make another appointment on the website.
Guys outside saying off line since previous day but will help you for a fee.- all a scam.Then tell you there is an outstanding traffic fine to be paid. Unsafe area with lots of dodgy people hanging around. Randburg much safer.
Very good, testing is done quickly but efficiently as well. And they advise if there are additional problems that they don't have to check. I would recommend this place to all.
You will queue forever, one lady passed out in the sun. Zero stars is too much, I have been to Laanglagte and Randfontein, way better than this useless place.
Arrived at 9 o’clock to write my learners license booked for 10. We only got in to write the test at 10:30 after sitting around and waiting. After the test was marked we were told to go wait in a line outside to pay, this was at 11:30. We all stood in that queue for 3 hours not moving before we finally were allowed to pay and get the learners. Apparently staff were on lunch. Lucky them. The rest of us stood there starving and thirsty. I gave them 2 stars cause there was a really kind lady that helped us with our forms and she deserved a star at least. This entire process was concerning and extremely worrying. Can’t believe they have no respect for anyone there’s time. So many people had taken off work to be there. It should have been a morning off but instead a whole day affair.
Renewed my driver’s license on 15 December 2020. Helpful, friendly, efficient.
Do not go here! fruadulent activity.Attitude of employees is terrific. A man by the name of Andre Geldunys who works there is extremely discriminative. VERY RUDE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL. Extremely disrespectful towards me doing my driving test. DO not go here. This man should be disciplined! Service is disgusting
