It is simple to record my experience. I understand from them that the ClearO is now being phased out and batteries are no longer available. This gives us 2 options - buy one of the new Twisp units or buy units from the opposition. We have decided to no longer support Twisp owing to their method of forcing clients to replace their units. I am sure the opposition units will work as well as the Twisp units and hope that Twisp loses a lot of support. Trevor

Worst service possible, bought 2 Twisp's Edge on 4th of April 2016 as one was a gift to a friend. When we opened the second one it had a faulty battery. We have returned twice and we are still unable to receive either a replacement battery, replacement Twisp or a refund. Your company should consider reading the laws regarding faulty products: Consumer Protection Act 56:(2) Within six months after the delivery of any goods to a consumer, the consumer may return the goods to the supplier, without penalty and at the supplier’s risk and expense, if the goods fail to satisfy the requirements and standards contemplated in section 55, and the supplier must, at the direction of the consumer, either— (a) repair or replace the failed, unsafe or defective goods; or (b) refund to the consumer the price paid by the consumer, for the goods
