The restuarant set up is great, however I have a concern with the service I got today. The concern is that we were served raw full chicken. We reported this and they took our chicken back and instead of giving us new cooked chicken, they gave us the same chicken back which was still pink but covered in extra sauce. I was really disappointed as I was looking forward to the meal and eating raw chicken is dangerous. Nandos is a good restaurant that I am fond of. This encounter really took me by surprise.

Whilst in Rosebank i was feeling hungry and wanted something Halal.... So i popped into this Nando's. The place was clean, spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was provided swiftly and tasted amazing! Overall a great experience! Will be visiting again soon... Keep it up!

Such wonderful service at this branch, always even though they are usually quite full. Waitresses were really friendly today. I can definitely see portion sizes increasing at Nandos branches generally.

Not great service, and to make it worse there was hair in our food. Stay away from this place, especially before they are closing
