They responded timeously to the quotation request and coming to my house for taking measurements. I am very happy with The installation quality and service received. They were always friendly and professional in our engagements.
1 guy was supposed to come for measurements at my house. He said he'd come on Thursday. I had to delay the time I normally go to work, for that to happen. Come that time, I called him; he never answered the phone. He only called later when I was already at work. He promised to come the next day at 10:00, so I had to dash out of work quickly. 10:15 he wasn't here still. I texted him, and he said he was 5 min away. 15 min later, I had to leave for work. He called me at 10:40 to say he's around. I'm disappointed in your service. You do not respect people's time. Please improve on how you treat your clients. You wasted my time for 2 days. Who's the actual owner of this company? Maybe he can assist better.
Poor-Poor-Poor service - you have a better chance to be helped if you phone a company in Brits, that is what I did.
