It’s always nice doing building, electrical, plumbing and amongst other things in this store. I love how clean it is, the customer service, how they are always willing to help customers. The cashiers are also friendly. Keep up the good work. The store is big ey, which explains why they had to move.

I am always like a kid in a candy store when I enter builders and then spend way more than I should...Builders Rustenburg used to be a shopping experience when they were at the old site. Now some items are either limited stock out of stock or some items which come in pairs only one. Bring back the panache that shopping experience..

Staff in isles and main service counter NOT HELPFUL! Poor service, yuck! Very nice store, esthetically pleasing layout and very spacious. All under one roof and has a very organized contractor support counter. I give one star because of staff that’s rude and not helpful. This is a world class establishment, and have a lot of room for improvement. Let’s see what the next visit is like.
