Not impressed with them. . . We needed shocks and 1 wheelbearing done on our car. Got there with all the parts at 12pm. There were maybe 20 people sitting around doing nothing. Yet they said they are not gonna assist us,coz they close at 1pm. Will never go to a BestDrive ever again.

visited the place with Mitsubishi vehicles the asx and colt bakie.the bakie was for wheel balancing and asx for wheel alignment. for the bakie when fitting the wheels back, the caps were wrongly fitted as results I lost one of them.when checking the remaining three I noticed that they are also loose and I pulled them out.when giving my case to the sales consultant, he said to that is not their problem. that tought me that taking our vehicles to this service store is a big risk as they don't take responsibility for any fault that they can cause on the consumers vehicles which means that the company don't guard against workers who are neglegent or reckless when working on consumers vehicles.
