Poor drive through service. I waited over 20 minutes for my order. First preference is given to the online orders so you wait for the longest time for a mere streetwise 1.

KFC maintains their standrad anywhere and everywhere. KFC Waterfall Mall also maintains the same standard. Good food, clean and most importantly staff are really helpful.

First of, the drive through was closed. And I had to even leave the store after being in the queue 25 minutes, waiting for simple chicken. With the store packed to capacity and patrons even waiting in their cars to get their orders

Staff friendly. Drive through took some time seems to be a popular KFC. Food prepared at a reasonable pace. Nice large drive through with two lanes - however Lane 2 is currently out of service.

Rarely operates sufficiently. Most times no milksahakes and this morning no burgers? Unfriendly staff, waiting lines as long as 100m, might as well just close down permanently. Worst kfc in town.

Arrived at 19:20, they had a sign up saying they close at 19:30. The security card refused us entry and when I tried explaining to him that we only want some pops and there is still time, he blatantly mocked me while the cashiers just stood on and laughed. Do not support this establishment. They do not respect their customers and the manager should fire that security guard if he ever wants professional standards. I have never been treated this poorly in my life, especially not by unqualified unmannered children.
