This place is slow they make their own lines while people are jumping the que. When they check your papers their is always something wrong and then you have all ready been waiting in the que for 4 hours

I have never been here before but I was on the 24th of August(during lockdown), so the service was slow I had to wait for more than 3 hours to submit my documents. I think the service on normal days it's better
It's not bad considering the amount of people that are there claiming. There can be more staff employed to mitigate the incoming traffic. The management and organization of those people are very outdated
Poor service and liars these people from labour in rustenburg they are not good at all....including their manager.
