I am A Huge Fan.I actually sometimes drive from Botswana to SA just for the soft patties and Mc fLURRY,.Burger haven.The skinny fries oh migosh.When you hungry and on a budget travelling through Rusternburg try them.Friendly and clean Rest rooms

We love Mc D... But were devastated...Shocked... Gobsmacked.. on Easter Monday we stopped at Waterfall Mc D..on our way home from a holiday . We saw the car before us served OUR MEAL on a tray... They opened OUR MEALS x DRINKS stated it wasn't theirs.. handed back, Mc D staff placed it on counter. He then corrected their order... AND GUESS WHAT.... MC D WATERFALL STAFF SIMPLY TOOK THE OPENED MEALS, SOILED PACKET AND HANDED OVER TO US(EXACTLY AS GIVEN BACK TO HIM... ..... IN THESE COVID TIMES️️️.. we advised him... That we saw and heard the conversation... He denied the incident.... But couldn't explain the op ened falling all over the packet.... .. So we drove away hungry... The trust was broken for us to have a meal there.

There seems to be no process flow in place. The staff is all over the place. I watched them pour our drinks before preparing the food order which took over twenty minutes. So by the time they were done, the drinks were hot water which was very unsatisfactory. I complained and they changed them. The general attitude of the staff is not so welcoming but the renovations look very nice.

Mc Café is great, their cappuccino is magic cheese cake too. Great prices.

Wish i could give zero stars. Extremely rude staff even the manager. They act as if they are doing people a favour and not that we actually wast our hard earned rned money. One burger takes them 30min and that's a small burger a coffee gets given em without any sugar amd when you go try amd recieve it theamager keeps cutting you off and dismissing you as if you are tying to steal from them. Evwn the woman m at the drive threw has no manners. Pathetic place.

We were given completely stale food, chips were stale and seemed old.We were completely dissapointed with food and wont ever order again.
