Took in some small PC fittings for sand blasting and powder coating. Got told that the parts were too small for sand blasting and Johann recommended etching and anodising. The etch process completely melted 8 of the 13 fittings. With zero assistance from Gavin (owner) after trying many times to contact him. During the 1.5 weeks that my fittings were there - I received zero updates on the progress. I had to call many times. Wasted my time and a fair amount of money on destroyed fittings.
