Told me on the phone they def had stock of an item I urgently needed to finish a job. I drove an hour to get there and no stock. Because of their misinformation I didn't finish the job that day and had to pay my staff an extra day on the project. Service here is usually very slow and of very low quality. I will not be giving them any further business and advise other companies not to waste valuable time here either.
