Great place to get a gift for my husband. Friendly and knowledgeable. Also lovely to have a cup of coffee in the winter by the fire. Nice women's clothes and unique kids plush toys.

Exceptional store with wide variety of outdoor products. Staff friendly and helpful. Covid precautions in place with temperature screening at the door. Masks compulsory. Definitely worth going back to browse and may try their small coffee bar next time.

Do not let the beautiful shop fool you. Aftersales service is horrible at Safari Outdoor, I received the worst ever experienced after purchasing firearms from them. They are simply unreasonable when it comes to returns (even when a firearm has never left their safe or been used) and their “admin” fees are the lamest excuse to not refund a customer for THOUSANDS of rands. I won’t be buying from them again and I would warn anyone who wants to buy a firearm from them to seriously reconsider. I will only be supporting their competition from now on.
