I had my phone fixed last year in December and a lady helped me unfortunately i cant remember her name they ordered the parts and had my phone fixed in 2 days. Yesterday I went into Samsung again for the same problem my screen was cracked and a gentleman by the name of Mahomed assisted me and the very next day which is today my phone was fixed and looking brand new. I recommend this store to anyone who needs their phone to be fixed. They very professional and are competent in what they do. Keep up the good work

Had broken my LCD and for insurance purposes, I had to request a quotation and description of the damage. From the time I walked in I was treated with respect. They fixed my phone ( which took about 25 minutes because they have an in house technician) and received a 3 month warranty for the parts and workmanship. They are professional and are able to communicate with their customers. 5 stars to Nicholyn and the Assistant Manager. PS - They ALWAYS have specials to look forward to. Best decision ever.
