I received great service from Sannie Barnard, upgrading my phone and contract, nothing was too much trouble! The store was busy through out my visit, the staff however took great measures to assist all the clients and maintain Covid rules.

Dreadful service, I went in there looking for a phone, a Samsung a71 gentleman at the door seemed annoyed at all my questions. He told me in no uncertain terms that they don't have the phone in stock and he couldn't check if the phone could be ordered for me or perhaps requested from another. I figured he probably didn't think I was worth his time, So I took my business to mtn just a few short steps away and they were able to get me the phone even though they also didn't have it in stock
