Always lovely to visit Hermanus. Weather is stunning. February is to my mind the best time of the year to visit the Western Cape. The strong winds have died down and the days are just lovely going into March. Hermanus has become quite a busy town so if your intention is to visit make sure you book your accommodation well in advance. You WILL enjoy your stay!
