I went to The Fields, there was something wrong with the ticket and it did not want to validate it. It toke them 15minutes to help me and the lady was extremely rude. The assist walked as slow as possible and gave me a terrible attitude.

Never had a problem at a parking operation managed by Advance On Point Solutions! Everything that they manage works. Can't say the same about parking at ORT..! I have had so many problems there, with no or poor response from ACSA (and no response from the parking management company) that I've given up trying. The fact that the CEO of Advance puts his personal cell number on their website is a huge statement about their service levels.

KILLARNEY MALL I’ve been using Admyt ticketless parking charge system for some time now. However, I visited Killarney Mall on Saturday and had a problem. Upon entry the boom opened and no ticket was issued. However, when exiting the boom failed to open. The attendant, Lindiwe, insisted that I park my car and go to the pay station to get a ticket issued and pay R8. This was difficult because the car park was very busy. I explained that I was using Admyt but she refused to accommodate me. A call to the help intercom gave a similar uncompromising response from Palesa. The pay stations were busy and a woman was complaining that she was waiting 10 minutes for a ticket to be issued. So I went to the Advance on Point Office and waited to speak to Caroline who was busy on the phone. Eventually, she insisted on payment being made even though I had Admyt. However, she did come to the pay station and got me a ticket to exit. My Admyt account was debited R8. Parking is difficult at Killarney Mall as it is usually busy. However, when the system doesn’t work and the staff don’t make allowances to facilitate Admyt customers, then the parking experience is unpleasant and caused considerable time delay. Also, paying by Admyt and being expected to pay again is double charging and wrong. Best avoid Killarney Mall until these problems are resolved and a friendly attitude prevails.
