Best results ever! Colleen was kind and helpful. During the process of getting my teeth whitened I watched a movie and series to pass time. It felt comforting and accommodating.I was extremely satisfied with my smile afterwards because my teeth were super brown before and came out bright and white after the procedure. Worst whitening experience ever ! My teeth lost color one day after the whitening and became yellow. She bleached my teeth for 4 hours which I later found out that it was very unprofessional to do so. She hardly checked up on me and the bleach burnt my gums. She told me to come for a second session and bring more money whilst I told her my teeth were super sensitive. She’s so unprofessional and only cares about money . Never checked up on me after my appointment let alone give me after care products. Colleen from Betta smile is a total scam and a rip off! The fact that she wanted cash only should have been a red flag. It’s been a month after the teeth whitening and my teeth are still super sensitive and have changed color . I’ve also noticed how rudely she responds to the bad reviews whilst they’re telling the truth. I strongly advise people to go to a better dentist because after my visit I suspect all those good reviews on google are fake !
