I had the pleasure of dealing with the Bike Market team. Service is friendly and willing to help. They are knowable and experienced cyclists. Unfortunately I was not satisfied with the bike a bought and as per there return policy they accepted the bike refunded me immediately .
I received 5-star service from BikeMarket and would highly recommend them. I was coming up from Cape Town and wanted to do some trail rides. I rented a bike from them for 3 days which they delivered and collected - OUTSTANDING!
Awesome service ! The whole team are on the ball and really put the effort in for the customer to have the best experience ( at least thats how it felt). External courier got my details wrong but bike market were on the ball and wouldn't release the bike to the courier until they knew it was going to the right place! Awesome job preventing a potential nightmare! Thanks guys!
Excellent service received from the guys when I needed a bike to conquer the Cape Epic in 2017. My Giant Anthem is still going strong. I always recommend Bike Market to people looking for excellent bikes at an excellent price.
