Terrible service, Builders Robindale disgusting. Staff are arrogant, and no knowledge. You wander around.looking for someone for 45 minutes looking for assistance when the manager is called, she is just as clueless and unprofessional. I would rather pay double the price and get service from a small hardware store. Never support them again. Experienced this on numerous occasions.

I took my Makita Sander for repairs to Builders Express on the 25 January 2021. On February 8 I went to inquire about the status of the machine as I had not received any response from Builders Express. I was informed that Makita the company had not yet picked it up. I then requested what follow up did they do. No proof whatsoever ever was provided to me. I then requested to see the Store Manager who could not provide any answers. The manager of Enquiries said they had phoned Makita but could not provide any written details. How can Builders provide such Pathetic service. I requested them that they phone while I was there. The Manager after phoning Makita said to me that Makita needed an e-mal to confirm Pivk Up of the machine. Builders really need to iack up their Poor Service to clients. And to stop making excuses upon excuses
Pathetic service. I purchased from them as a Christmas gift to my husband and they informed me that the gift will be delivered on the 24th December after even had to double check what store had. I called and called to make sure it would be delivered and they said it would. They then called me at 16.00pm that the product will only arrive on monday the 28th and nothingcan bedoneas they are getting ready to leave. After keeping in touch the whole day. I am fortunate to have all the recordings on my end. This services is very disappointing and disgusting. Please train your online staff to have manners and respect. I will not purchase again.
Builder's express in mokopane it's treating their employees like nothing the store manager she's very rude towards her employees and I'm writing this because my sister she's working there She even collapsed at work because of there's no support
I purchased a vacuum cleaner online. The payment was processed and then only days later was I informed that the item was out of stock. Builders sat with my money for weeks before the item was delivered. The machine was defective and we returned it to the nearest store. That was more than 2 weeks ago and no feedback has been received. I have spent close to an hour on numerous calls to Builders over the last few days. It takes well over 5 mins before the phone is answered, Each time I have been promised that they will investigate and call back. No such courtesy. I have asked for either a replacement of the machine or a refund. Shocking service!
Disgusting customer service . Purchased a Black and Decker Planer . Blew in second use , for simple DIY . Machine came with 1 year guarantee however builders refuses to do anything about it. Expect consumer to pay for repairs on a faulty machine, evidence is clear of a blow out, on the machine. Just 2 months after purchasing Multiple calls and time taken with lots of arguments just to get feedback on machine . 2 months later I'm asked to pay for the damages on a faulty machine. Customer service guy Sandesh says nothing he can do. Absolutely useless customer service and disgusting for a large company. Buy from takealot, they never give you a hassle if there is problems with items purchased. Very irritated and disgusted. Wheres the good old customer service Builder Warehouse?
Shocking service nobody even bothers to come back to you from Head office down to the stores. Why can you not call stores directly to resolve issues! Order and paid for R12 000 worth of material. Received 1/3 have been trying to contact Nishan Maharaj & Terrence Mthembu they do not even respond. You cannot call the store only head office. Called Nokwanda at head office she promised to resolve it still not resolved.
#BuildersWarehouse disappointed beyond belief!! We have never been more angry, annoyed and frustrated than what we have been through these past couple of days with your employees at 2 of your stores and your contact Centre. The two stores we have dealt with ZERO customer service and ZERO willingness to assist, the attitude is basically it is what it is so deal with it, f%*k you Mrs client. Contact Centre you have to constantly phone for feedback if you don’t phone you get nothing. I am actually still waiting for a supervisor or manager to call me back 24 hours have passed and no feedback. Your employees have frustrated us since saturday the 1st of August and we have had no resolution. It’s funny when reading your info online about what your commitment, your culture and your story is but I am sorry to say a lot of your employees are dragging your feel good website down the drain!!:
