Unfortunately not the best experience. There are many spas in Gauteng and I won't recommend this one. The therapist was lovely, not good with nails (normal paint and gellish) . The treatments were booked by my husband and he gave specific instructions re treatments - none of these instructions were communicated to the therapist - expected more.

My husband arranged a half day spa session for me at Camelot in Sandton. And it was good. I was welcomed with warm tea, a conformation of my treatments and a lunch menu (lunch is included) The wrap was normal, and the massage very good. Stomach massage wasn't included in the full body in this treatment. The facial was also really pampering. There were some small things that the spa could do, to improve though - to keep up the give star appearance - lunch was served in the room where I was having the treatments, I never had the luxury of eating outside at the pool. I literally never had the opportunity to actually leave the room for the duration except on a bathroom break. I feel like being able to eat outside the room might have been a nice option to be given. - the shower drain was blocked in all showers. I managed to flood the treatment room when rinsing off the wrap mud and the bathroom when I had a shower before my dinner reservation. - there are no hair dryers (or plugs at all) in the bathtooms - there is no extra water offered during the 4 hours, only the small glass at lunch. - my biggest area for improvement is on the delux mani and pedi. Unfortunately, I felt like I get a more luxurious treatment from the average Sorbet. The therapist started buffering while I was still eating my lunch, as she had to be done in time for her to shift to finish and it felt like she was in a hit of a hurry. The paraffin was SCALDING hot, I couldn't put my feet into it. There was no foot or hand massage, no cuticle treatment on toes, no nail buffering on fingers, Morgan Tailor nail polish, no tissue or anything between toes for them to stop smudging each other and only a single coat of polish on my toes. The "soak" for hands and feet was really only to rinse of a quick scrub. Overall, there's not enough "wrong" to give an average rating, but not enough wow to be a 5 star.
