What an utterly horrendous business. I wasted a good part of my afternoon just trying to find out how I could urgently get my business printer repaired. I was made to wait an hour for a return call, only to be put back through to a front desk and told once again to wait for a call back. I said it was urgent, and was put on hold, where I stayed until the line went dead. I called back, quite frustrated and desperate, and told the entire story to the receptionist, again. Instead of humility or apology, I was given an indignant attitute a mile long because I hadn't greeted her gushingly first. I said she might try recognising that I am very frustrated and putting me, as the customer, first, but clearly my frustration offended her delicate sensitivities. I gave up, not interested in a fight. I called a competitor, who said I could bring the printer in straight away and they'd help me as a matter of urgency. That is what service looks like. You guys ain't got it.
