Ridiculous ask for something to be kept out for my daughters Christmas present get there and they want to give me the demo model that people have been using.... Because they sold the other 1 to a customer that said its urgent not even 12 hours later....!!! After my husband drove all the way!!!! Worst service don't even go there.. Just support MENLYN they want to help you and stick to their promises!!. THE WORST SHOP DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!!!!

Great service and excellent product knowledge from Mohammed on both the Cybex and Chelino brands . Prices also more competitive than other stockists of the same/similar products. Will definitely be shopping at Chelino in the future. Thanks Mohammed.

We bought a pram from this store, they promised us a discount and failed to apply this. When we returned to enquire about this we were treated extremely poorly by a shop assistant, Thedi, who seemed to be in charge. Rolling her eyes and treating us like we didn't know what we were talking about . The staff seems to desperately need some customer service training.
