It's been two days now waiting for my account to be vetted and approved, wherever I sent support an email for feedback I am told that I should be patient, I've registered on Sunday and today it's Tues an hour before they knock off but my account is still not approved or rejected.. People who recommended me to Cyber-FX said they are the best and offers great customer service but if it takes this long just to approve a trading account with all FICA documents submitted, how long will it take for my deposits and withdrawals to be processed? A month?

Over the years I have learned that just like any business FX Brokers are not perfect entities and that there is no such thing as a perfect Broker.The truth is one can name any Broker,International or Local, you will find happy clients and unhappy clients all the time. One of the reasons I have chosen and will stick with Cyber FX is their turnaround time when it comes to withdrawals. Whether its a weekend or a weekday I get my withdrawal within the same day. I just wanted to commend the Cyber FX team and share my experience with other traders out there who want to use a Broker that respects urgency when it comes to withdrawals.Keep it up Cyber!

So Yesterday I went to their offices in Sandton to claim my money back in person and only to find a close shop As per security in the office park and receptionist at the building CyberFX sits - these people haven't been to office for over two weeks now. They are a scam guys, beware
Opened an account with Cyber-fx a few months back & can say there customer support is extremely professional .
Useless broker , infact I can now confidently say it's a scam broker I withdrew my funds on the 6th of June, till today my funds were not processed on their website the support services it keeps saying under maintenance it's been over two months now. I'll advice people stay away from this broker their phone number is no longer existing when I try calling them, their services are very poor.....what a useless broker mxm
they guys have stolen the money and their offices are no longer open. They scammers. They take your money and disappear. They thieves. Be careful. They no longer at their offices.
