Unprofessional and uncaring. We placed an order for a loose -0.25 trial lens for our trial case on 12/09/2019 with Haley. We were advised it will take 3 weeks to arrive. We followed up on 08/11/2019 and was advised by Jackie that the order was never placed and that Haley was not in, we must please resend the order to her. So we did, we were advised this time it would take 2 weeks. We followed up yesterday via email to which we got no reply. So we called today and Jackie asked us to resend the order AGAIN and that Haley was unavailable AGAIN. After she told me this I got rightfully upset, as you can imagine, because we have been waiting longer than two months for a simple loose trial lens and then I was told by Jackie that I have an attitude. I expressed that we are not getting any kind of service or feedback from Danker and I have sent an email on 08/11/2019 to reorder the lens already and Jackie's only response to my dissatisfaction was that she gets 10 emails like that per day. PATHETIC. Needless to say I have cancelled my order and will NEVER make use of or recommend danker lenses.
