The website is easy enough to navigate through. It is rather frustrating that one cannot book a delivery beyond 5 or so days from the date one places an order/quote. Also put banking details and reference detailsn quotes for EFT payment types.

Friendly, efficient and capable staff. I went though to collect a package and there was a queue of five people in front of me. The staff assisted everyone quickly and only waited a few minutes before I was assisted. There is reasonably safe and secure parking, a few meters from the entrance and the inside was clean, the offices well staffed and overall a pleasure to visit.

They lost my parcel. DHL is saying parcel was handed to South African Post Office. WHY??? Can you get CEO or COO to contact me? T Who is in charge of DHL in South Africa? I am exchanging emails with your customer service and I am NOT getting help? WHERE IS MY PARCEL? It cannot be deleting from South African depo to my address for over a month. This is a circus called DHL.

I received my parcel from India to South Africa within 6 days. Very efficient. I could track the parcel everyday. When I sent a parcel from South Africa to India,the service in DHL office was very good. It took only 7 minutes and reached in India the 6th day.

DHL chose the worst partner ever in RAM. They handed our parcel from Zim to RAM on Monday 28 Dec its now Thursday. They even had the audacity to update their tracking system that we had refused the parcel yet we were home the whole week. Not even a single person from RAM contacted us yet we have confirmed many times and they are having our correct address and phone number. Its pathetic DHL. I have dealt with Courier Guy many times and their service is beyond awesome. Please drop this RAM nonsense!!!!
