Phoned in and was met with the most distasteful man on the other end, who clearly knows nothing about dealing with customers . He was snappy and didn't even want to listen. Clearly very annoyed at receiving a call.

Diesel Electric Germiston: They take bank cards ie cheque credit but NOT debit cards. Asked why was told its their policy and the 'kind helpful lady' just walks away, this after confirming that cards are accepted. Will NOT RECOMMEND THEM, they have a don't care attitude. FUNNY THING ABOUT POLICIES THEY SUPPOSE TO BE CONSISTENT Drove to Diesel Electric Wynburg like chalk and cheese. Staff person that assisted knew his product, shook his head in disbelief when I relayed previous experience at Germiston branch. Note this is not your 'normal' spares shop...parts take approx 30 minutes to arrive at counter. Will definitely recommend Diesel Electric Wynburg.
