All dischem stores have alot of items at great prices. This store is quite big and gets busy as well. Alot of cashiers to keep the line flowing so one wont need to get frustrated and agitated come to the end of your shopping.

Worst experience ever! Dispensary staff is so rude and they are really not of the smartest people you get. They just staring if you gave them a answer to collect medicine, don't understand or are just completely stupid. I left the store and went to another dischem. I was so upset, management need to consider training for the staff in how to do their job This place will not see me again!.. Its supposed to be a place international guests can visit to collect medicine as international guests visit sandton city often.

Pharmacists who DONT care Clueless and unproffesional pharmacists. Went there yesterday, firstly there was no pharmacists on site behind the counters for around 10min. One person stood there like a flower pot at the back. Calling him he lift his gaze from his phone and announced "oops didn't see you". Explaining to him my repeat prescription was loaded on Dischem and I need a repeat he insisted he need the original scrip (The script that was handed in at another Dischme pharmacy a month earlier) this clueless bloke couldn't grasp this minor detail. Obliviously ignorant I left and was helped without issue at the Benmore branch. Dischem Sandton Pharmacy is not worth anyones visit. (Unless you want to waste your time)
