I've been trying to change my debit order details now for weeks. I've completed all the necessary forms, submitted it in time, but no premiums have been deducted yet. This building is beautiful. I just passed by to see a friend at work. Its amazing. I wonder what its like working there. I obviously didnt go inside but the view from outside is definitely amazing.

Fancy building but NO service It feels like I have been fighting with Discovery now for more than 2 weeks over something that they should resolve within 3-5 days. On Twitter as per the photo they promised me my query will be sorted out within 3-5 business days which was fine but since 21 October nothing happened. The call was even escalated twice and still no resolution. It really sucks if you are a customer of them, they sell you all the products but when you have a problem they don't care to assist at all. This is the worst company I ever had to deal with regarding service. Be careful what products you get from them.

There other partners in the building such as Woolworths, clicks, vida Cafe, Starbucks, Seattle Coffee company. If you don’t have any business in the building you can grab lunch or anything else in this building away from the congestion of Sandton city. Vast parking space.

Getting support on phone is quiet a task. Too many voice prompts, to a point where I ended up running out of airtime without even speaking to a consultant. They should consider separating phone numbers and websites for different divisions, no one has time to listen to a machine for 10 minutes. Website locked me out for whatever reason and I cant do self service.

i like to give a 00000 star, unfortunately google doesn't have that. Once again I’m going through this problems with Discovery car insurance… We have been waiting for the claim more than 3 weeks, and till today they are unable to assist and they are keep on forwarding the emails from one to another internally. Their claims department very slow and they are not help full at all.... Their claims consultants are useless and they are unable to understand their work – I think they must go for a classes to learn about their work in order to assist. Unhappy customer T Mahomed

Posted this on twitter yesterday I thought my days of complaining about bad service on social media was over but this one I can’t hold back. @Discovery_SA - you have shown how poorly you have done over the COVID period when I have to advise you of your own policies. 3 outstanding points with no answers. the company works in silos, each department have their own systems that do not interlink with each other. Poor back-end processing. 1 medical aid claim that has taken a month to finalize thanks to twitter and 2 Vitality issues still outstanding. One of the vitality issues has to do with vitality travel...... we just cant use it at the moment as com air are in business rescue and discovery dont have a plan B for their clients to use .... so we wait for com air to come back online. Why are we paying for vitality ???
