Stage 4 cancer patient had to wait 2 hours in an uncomfortable waiting area and be scolded like a child for being 2 minutes late by the oncologist even after paying. After waiting for 2 hours and leaving they phoned and asked us to come back for the consultation wasting our time and money. The company took 5 days to follow up with us after receiving the results from the Biopsy after multiple phone calls from us. Finally after a massive struggle to get answers the tests which we had paid for were not done and we are still waiting for feedback a week later. They do not value their patients time or condition and we are very unhappy with the service considering that this is a ver serious matter. Would definitely recommend taking your loved ones somewhere else!
