I have been going to Dr Flax for the past 11 years and he has always given the friendliest service whilst always going the extra mile. Incredibly happy to have found such a wonderful orthodontist who really cares for his patients. His consultations are very informative and he does whatever he can to ensure you leave as a happy patient! This doctor is extremely money-driven, he attends to 4 patients at the same time, in his open operation room, with one patients next to another. Goodness we are paying private doctor rate but receiving worse service than in public clinic. Do expect the doctor attending to another patient during your consultation and never come back, what you receive after a 5 mins consultation is a bill of R 1,150.
Dr Flax is amongst the top Invisalign orthodontists in the world and the top provider in Africa. His results are outstanding. He has treated both of my daughters and their magnificent smiles are testiment to his expertise and knowledge in orthodontics.

Having resembled Buggs Bunny prior to my orthodontic treatment, I am ecstatic with how my treatment has panned out. Dr Flax did a fantastic job in correcting all my issues, the treatment was faster than expected, and from start to finish everything about the treatment experience was very professional and handled excellently. He has a lovely staff that support him and a very well run practice. Very happy with my results and the little bottle of sparkling grape juice at the end of treatment was a great little touch. Five stars, that's all folks!
