Greek salad is very basic and in 2021 buying 1 like in this photo. Really!! Look at yhe size of the tomato. Its a no no Fishaways.

I absolutely loved their hake meal which included Hake fish (baked), onion rings and rice. The fish was cooked to perfection and tasted delicious.

takes about 15mins to get the meal ready, but the fish is really hot and fresh. the only thing is that the rice is not fully cooked, maybe becoz i'm asian so that's different from what i use to have. portion is big enough for me.

Appalling service. Nobody is in charge. All staff look confused. Almost every customer is bringing their orders back because it's wrong. One frustrated customer requested a refund as his food was taking too long. The buzzers don't work, they just buzz randomly whether your order is ready or not. Waiting time for one hake wrap is like 30 mins. Staff don't know how to match customers slips to orders. Staff in the kitchen don't know what the orders are and what needs to be prepared.

I always order to goodlife meal , and it is always inconsistent the calamari is either cooked properly or its half raw. sometimes you will get 6 pieces calamari or sometimes 3 pieces. The waiting time can be long

Pathetic service every single time! Be prepared to wait for 25 minutes even if they are not busy as the employees are on a permanent go-slow and seem to have lost all will to live

Sandton city- 4 staff members at the counter chatting, I had to ask if anybody was going to serve me before anybody noticed I was there! Really bad customer service!!

Pathetic service. They gave me the wrong meal after waiting 25 minutes. They are so disorganized and slow. Never going back there.
