I’ve used Flufts and Tufts many times for our cat over the years. It’s homely and efficient for sure. The accommodation for cats is superb.Maybe they could have more interaction with the owners of the pets to let us know how our pets are especially for longer boarding ie. three week annual holidays. Prefer the Devonshire/ Bryanston spot.
The cats came home happy and integrated well back at home. The fact that they were well cared for counted a lot. The younger one we suspect was eating adult food from the other dish so needed adjusting back home otherwise an excellent venue.

Love this place, Walker is a Star he is so good with my dog. She can't wait to get out in the mornings to see him!
Their staff is highly trained and are excellent at what they do. I was nervous to leave my doggy there but by the time I went to collect him he was having a great time with the staff and another dog-O.
