PCR COVID test back in under 24 hours. Text and email documents came through. Couple of errors on documents but dealt with quickly. The staff in the office were very helpful before over the telephone and during the visit. Super experience really cannot fault it. Price was 800 std test and discount available for certain clubmemberships.

They tested 2 different urine samples for a drug patient of ours who is a heroin user. Both results came back negative, despite our urine tests showing positive and him saying he is using heroin. Will never use them again.

I went to their lab located in Joburg CBD, their staff is so pathetic, unprofessional and rude. I went to do DNA test for 3 of us and going thru the process was hell. Lot of mistakes were made handling our blood. 6 weeks later my results came out saying the father of my child is not the father. Lucky enough we went else where to do it and it's came out positive. They put me thru trauma for that moment. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else. So disappointing
