Never do business with this company! They have no clue what they are doing!! Never a straight answer. Always excuses. One or two clever and willing employees can not make up for management that are so slapgat!! How can you not have stock of the ink products needed to work your machines and if you do have stock it is expired and the machine can't work. How do you have a agreement with a third party agent and they do no suffer the consequences of not adhering to the SLA?

Mimakis are awesome Machines. GSW however is a falling ship. 1 Year of complete dissatisfaction of service.
