Ordered a bed through their supplier Bed Brothers and still not delivered. Bed is apparently on deliver since last week. They take the complaint and dont phone back, phoned 5 times yesterday and they haven't phoned back, they have resorted to hanging up. Cannot also get hold of the Supplier Bed Brothers to get the money back. Avoid these suppliers

Great experience all round, from finding a bed, to getting it delivered. Staff are all friendly and always willing to help. They were very accommodating with the lay-bye agreement as we were searching for a place. Moved in beginning of December. Our backmaster bed has become our party piece lol. We ask everyone who visits to lie on it. Feels like heaven. Best bed I've ever experienced.
