I am currently experiencing the worst service I have ever experienced by ANY company I've ever dealt with. I ordered a custom made Calini pull handle over 4 weeks ago from the Centurion branch. Was told 10 days and I'll have it. 10 days came and went and I had to follow-up. No call from their side. For the past 2 weeks I've been promised delivery on numerous occasions BUT the only interaction taking place is me phoning over and over again. Still, NO HANDLE!!! It seems that internal politics and a lack of responsibility is running this branch.
