Only a 1 cause 0 can not be selected. After being sent to the bank as they do not accept bank statements from bank directly as it has to be stamped to waiting for 30 Min for some other staff member to assist with upgrades. If we knew this is the service they would provide we would have gone to Vodacom directly. The manager is of no help whatsoever, she simply said she does not have answers on why her staff is not trained in upgrading contracts on Vodacom. Been in iStore for close to 3 hours. Upgrade online or at Vodacom directly.

The store has no order or structure. The staff just linger around not asking if they can help you- you have to figure things out on your own. Terrible customer experience.

You get a variety of options for iMacs, MacBooks, iPads, iPhones and even drones Most of the accessories are available and for sure you can trust the quality. After all it's apple premium reseller.

The level of customer service and interest shown in customers by the manager of this store are appalling. I spent almost an hour in the store yesterday waiting to collect my faulty iPhone. It took threats of going into the back of the store to fetch the phone myself to get any reaction from the staff. It seems as if customers are invisible to the manager. Very disappointing - I won't be going back.
