The doctors are not well educated, I wouldn't recommend going here. I have been here many times in the past, usually there are inexperienced doctors filling in for Dr Hoosen, so the script says J Hoosen but written by other Doctors, if you need a sick note etc it's good enough but if you need quality care try somewhere else. Many Doctors on the same floor

Rude receptionist and confused doctor. I came here twice and saw 2 different doctors, both sounded unprofessional and confused. Terrible time management as well.

Very bad experience evertime Ive been there. The Dr is always rushing you leave there very confused. I got prescribed chronic medication without sufficient information like blood tests etc.he hardly listened to my concerns and brushed me off. I immediately changed my doctor on my medical aid.

Didn't even get to see the Doctor because whoever they've hired as the receptionist is extremity rude and disinterested in trying to help out or make an appointment. It felt like it was a major struggle in her life to be courteous or even bothered in taking my details to book an appointment.

Dr Junaid Hoosen is an utterly rude and disrespectful practitioner. I visited his practise for the third time on the 02 December and when I was called for my consultation he was on the phone. I entered the consultation room and he was still on the phone during my private consultation. I found it sooo ironic because in the room it had a sign that said NO USE OF CELLPHONES WHILST IN CONSULTATION. Finally he ended his call and without any apology he proceed to ask me what's wrong. I explained and he quickly rushed my consultation, did a brief check and gave me medication. I will not return to this practice ever again I will rather travel further and spend more money for better patient care.

Absolutely horrible experience both times! Don't even bother think that they'll honour your appointment time. You'll sit there like a herd of cattle while the doctor finally gets to you. If you don't book an appointment you are charged R300 more so you're damned if you do book and if you don't. Furthermore after my 3 minute consultation they charged against my medical aid for medication I didn't get from them so my medical aid refused to pay for my antibiotic saying I'd already claimed for it that day! Be careful of these unprofessional nonsense doctors!!!

Should have read the reviews first. I'll never ever go there. My consultation took less than 2 minutes. Dr Hoosen was very quick - don't know whether he had to rush for lunch or what. Believe me - don't go there. The receptionist wasn't helpful either, had to ask them for a note and had to wait forever for the doctor to sign it after sitting almost 40mins to be consulted. It was horrible.
