I dropped off a decent amount of laundry just after 9am yesterday morning and asked for a simple wash and fold. I was told that it would be done by 4pm at the latest and to pick it up on time because they close at 5pm. Arriving promptly at 4pm, I was told that one bundle was still wet and needed to dry and be folded. I was then told to wait for 30 minutes. Delays such as this are understandable however an apology costs nothing and I was not given one. After returning 30 minutes later the washing was packed and given to me. Yet another opportunity to apologize but it was not taken. After arriving home and unpacking the washing I found that majority of the clothes had simply been folded in half and shoved into the plastic bag causing plenty of wrinkles. The attitude of the gentleman helping us was disappointing throughout all three interactions. A simple smile or apology goes a long way. I do not recommend the use of this facility/service.
