This is regarding the store that sells lawnmowers, etc. While the shop offers good options of machinery for outdoors, the service is not great for a "upmarket" store or focusing at "upmarket" customers, i.e. not your "average Joe". A sales consultant assisted me in the beginning and while I had to confirm something telephonically, he disappeared. I reached out to person at the tills and he responded when only asked a question. There was no one to assist to carry the items (since there is no trolley) and the teller and myself had to carry the boxes. For such a store, the service is below standard and does not justify their prices.
