Odin The Great Peke

This place does not deserve any stars. I used Michelle twice in order to give my Peke pup basic grooming including slight trims during the spring/summer month. Last week I took my 9 month old Peke pup to Michelle for a nail trim and a summer trim. Please see pics attached. She and her team butchered my pup and removed all of his hair. She apologized and said one of her team is responsible for what happened and said I should not pay. That does'nt help if she is unable to properly supervise her team. What they did is abuse to the poor animal. He has now scratched himself bloody and is struggling with anxiety (including not being able to eat or sleep). We are gutted to see him suffer. I will never use this service again...

I would not take my dogs anywhere else! Owner is amazing and the team is trained, knowledgeable and great with dogs. They call the moment the dogs are done, so you know your babies are not waiting long. Everyone is friendly and dogs always come back looking fantastic! Keep up the good work!

This is Regarding Reckless Driving. Vehicle Registration DV12PB.GP i noticed one of the vans driving on William Nicol this morning 29/01/2020 around 07:30. Highly upset cause i don't know if there was any babies ( doggies ) in the van. The van was firstly speeding down William Nicol , cutting in betweens cars and once it took the bend by Dainfern Square i actually thought this Van was going to tip over. This is unacceptable cause dog owners keep their babies in your hands. Apologies for the complaint
