Just day 2 and the gym is clean, neat and well equipped. People at reception are super friendly which can't be said for the rest of the staff. But since we don't go to gym to make friends, my eating remains based on cleanliness, functionality and that it is what you would expect from a gym. Another little snag is they don't have an app and the schedule on the site can be frustrating to work with.

Ranchise Gym facility. Security seems good. Mix use development with office space and Retail. The facility has ample parking and is close to the Wanderers Golf Course. There is a Cafe called Planet Fit Cafe for some post workout meal. Over all a good environment.
I have been paying for Planet Fitness contracts for over twenty years, my last contract was a pensioner contract that has up year on year by 10% , the typical pensioner does not enjoy a year on year increased income . So supplying pensioner benefits that are not sustainable show a lack of genuine interest in pensioner service. Most of us use the gym in the later morning when it is quiet, to do a daily aquarobic lesson in the heated pool. When the gym opened after hard lockdown I requested that my fees be suspended until I could safely return and at least for the duration of the suspended group classes in the pool.My fees were suspended for two months based on my age then recommenced. Each month I phoned and messaged the customer service their reply was pay up first and then we will consider your request! When I phoned the branch manager I was told he would not speak to me unless I visited the gym. The gym facilities are excellent but the customer service is non existent.
Well resourced gym. Can get busy at peak times. A few other offerings around it make it a good place to go for a quick bite or hairdo too :)
