Great service from Rentokil. They came out for the initial spray and then for the follow up. All things went well for the first two weeks but then started to notice a problem with ants again. I got in contact with Danielle who helped me out and got them out again as it was under the guarantee period. Very happy and many thanks for all your help.

Technicians continuously missed scheduled appointments without the courtesy of a phone call. I then cancelled my contact due to this and am still being billed. I have tried to contact someone to remedy this. I keep getting told to send an email which I do to no avail.

While the service I received was very good from the actual service team, your internal processes needs a serious overhaul. I kept being transferred around and put on hold to answer a simple question, and I did not appreciate the attitude your sales staff member gave me. He "didn't see" the initial appointment, was late, and then had the gall to tell me that I should have phoned him instead of emailing him my documents (of which he implied it was my fault he did not receive my emails). After my follow up, I don't think I will be using Rentokil again.
