Sent my carpet in to be cleaned and the carpet came back a totally different colour. The carpet was grey when I bought it but it returned pink after cleaning. Charged me R2000 to clean a 2.4m x 2m carpet.Don't use them.

Complete rip-off! I had an emergency flooding late afternoon. Rescue is near me so I called them and they arrived very quickly. Moshed wanted to charge me R2700 to suck up the water that flooded half my bedroom and R960 to suck the water out my rug. I eventually paid R1800 and told him to forget the rug. (Last year I had a worse flooding and I was only charged R400.) But it was late in the day so I had no choice but to pay. On top of that he shredded a section of my fitted carpet and left a rust stain. Don’t ever use them.
