I ordered an electrical cord and light bulb for my salt lamp. The order was placed and paid for on 12 Mar 2021. On 17 Mar, I received an email with an tracking number and was advise that the parcel was dispatched to Fast way Couriers. I have been trying to track my parcel since then with no success. Fast way couriers advised that they did not collect this parcel from the supplier. Saltpur has not responded to my emails, whatsapp messages (even though it was read) or phone calls. There is just one mobile number provided for whatsapp and phone calls and no one responds to that number. Not even deserving of the one star.

I ordered a 2 xsalt blocks for cooking/braaing. Order was received in time but the incorrect size blocks were delivered.

The worst supplier I have ever dealt with. They don't take ownership of issues and put blame onto the customer. I have had to sand out candle holders, received broken cords, received stock that was soaking wet and lamps that were discoloured because they weren't kept dry. I continuously got told it because the salt is a natural product but its the man made elements that are faulty. The feeble excuses got exhausting There is no care and pride in their product or the business.

I ordered a salt lamp and 500ml bottle of alkaline and electrolyte drops. The lamp looks like it's been dropped and has a crack around the lamp and the alkaline drops sent was 125ml and not the 500ml I paid for. I sent an email regarding the above and no response. The service is really poor
