The place was dirty, the room with the CT scanner looked more like a store room. My garage is cleaner. The contact with administration was painful and they sent me invoices although we are completely covered by medical aid.

I went to Sandton Radiology at Morningside Clinic for a Mammogram yesterday and the service I received from the two young ladies working there (Karen Freer did the mammogram, and Kasandra Ferreira did the ultra-sound) were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. They were both very professional, thorough and friendly. Karen was very knowlegeable and patient and explained everything to me very clearly and answered all my questions and concerns with great understanding and clarity. Kasandra also made the whole experience a pleasure - rather than the unpleasant experience it could be. I received the email detailing the report / feedback of the Mammogram xrays, very promptly (by the late afternoon). I would give them many more stars if I could * * * * * * * * * * Thank you o them for the great service and professional, friendly treatment.

Horrible service and the rudest staff. Waiting 48hours for them to obtain authorisation from my medical aid. NO FEEDBACK OR FOLLOW UP. I am absolutely appalled by their service. Better service in the vaal.

Absolute rip off. Charge R100.00 for a copy of your disc which was not provided in the first place. I have never been charged for a copy of my results. Are you not making enough money already???
