Hi I was unfairly treated yesterday at your station. I came to refill and i was first when I arrived but your attendant decided to run and attend the nice cars that where following and yes I agree that my car is not that nice and attractive but I believe I have a right as a customer to be treated fair.i left and went to the next shell station at randburg of which I was treated fairly. Be very careful when taking your car to the car wash at the Shell Garage on William Nicol... I sent my car for a deep clean of the seats, nobody told me they don’t do this, but they took it upon themselves to do an inside and outside wash, and my car came back with the emblem on the boot completely broken off, and my gear shift completely ripped open tried to call the owner of the car wash, but he never called back.

I will go out of my way for petrol at this gas station. Today I drove 40km with my peteol light on untill I got here. The staff is super friendly and nothing is ever too much effort for them. Call me crazy but I also get more Km on a tank of petrol from this station bs any other station.

It's like most filling stations in the suburbs... Fast and efficient. The convenience shop is well stocked. Staff is friendly and fast. Toilets well maintained. Would definitely go back again.

The Vidae Cafe always have eats and treats. No matter what time of the day or night. I visit other garages early every day and they hardly have any eats. Furthermore the staff at the petrol station and inside the shop is always so friendly. @staff... You have no idea how you sometimes brighten my day.
